Final reminder - changing participation level

If you wish to change your PD-asa participation level, ie. Standard to Extension or vice-versa, you must do so by 30 June 2009. If you are unsure, please contact Anne on 03 9585 2996, Monday to Thursday or email for more information on which level of participation is right for you.

Logging of 2007/08 ASA activities

As a PD-asa participant, any ASA activities you complete are automatically logged for you, including those undertaken in 2007 and 2008. We are currently in the process of back-logging these ASA activities for you, so to ensure this can be done as smoothly as possible, please do not log these yourself. You will not need to provide any documentation for these events - we have it all for you!

Logging of non-ASA activities

All other activities completed outside the ASA will have to be logged by you in your PD-asa activity log. Please make sure you have all supporting documentation for these, as you will be required to provide this information if audited at the end of your cycle.

Completing a PD-asa cycle in 2009

We are now half way through our first PD-asa cycle, which is due to end 31 December 2009. In order to complete your PD-asa cycle you must earn sufficient points prior to this date, to comply with your level of participation. ie. 15 points for Standard and 40 points for Extension level. If you need assistance, please contact Anne Gordon who can help you to find activities to achieve your goal.

Completing an ASAR triennium in 2009

As well as completing your PD-asa cycle this year, if your triennium ends in 2009 you must also ensure that you have accumulated 40 points across the three years, to satisfy the ASAR requirements.
